Celebrity makeup artist and Beauty industry veteran Stephanie Flor curates each journey to be a portal of self-transformation and expanded awareness, a journey that will challenge you and change your life. Daily journaling is paired with group activities to deepen our understanding of Beauty, biodiversity, inclusivity and the importance of deep cultural roots and our shared social fabric. Each trip challenges us to dig as deep as we can go, to emerge as leaders in our industries and in our own lives. We believe beauty begins at the moment of real connection and conscious impact.

We partner with local brands, artisans and experts that guide us on a local perspective to their global beauty hubs and trends. Our goal is to foster local collectives of empowered women wherever we travel, uniting women through a conversation of beauty.
